​A cornerstone of the community for more than 110 years; our firefighters/emergency medical technicians are fiercely dedicated to protecting lives and property.  A small department with limited resources, we are by far the busiest in the area answering more than 400 emergency calls for service each year.  In addition to all the training, drills and preparation required for first response, our department still manages to host and participate in various community events. 

We take great pride in manifesting a noble American tradition.
